# Access Model

Access to AIONET is structured, intentional, and controlled.

Rather than allowing unrestricted entry through token ownership or open interaction, AIONET operates through a defined access model based on NFT memberships. This ensures that participation is aligned with commitment, identity, and system integrity from the very beginning.

The goal of this model is not to restrict users, but to create a consistent and reliable environment where all participants operate under the same transparent conditions.

### Access Through Membership

Entry into AIONET is granted through Membership NFTs.

These memberships function as access credentials to the ecosystem. They define a user’s ability to interact with platform features, participate in mechanisms, and engage with governance.

Access is not determined by token holdings or speculative activity. It is defined by possession of a valid membership.

This creates a clear boundary between:

* participants inside the system
* and external observers

***

### Soulbound Design

AIONET memberships are non-transferable.

Once minted, a membership is permanently linked to the user who owns it. It cannot be sold, transferred, or traded on secondary markets.

This design ensures that:

* access cannot be commoditized
* identity cannot be transferred
* participation remains authentic

By removing transferability, AIONET prevents speculative behavior at the access layer and preserves the integrity of user identity across the system.

***

### One User, One Identity

Each membership represents a single on-chain identity.

This structure ensures consistency across all system layers, including:

* participation
* progression
* governance
* and network contribution

Because access is tied to identity rather than assets, users cannot replicate or fragment their presence within the ecosystem.

This reinforces fairness and ensures that all activity is attributable to a single, persistent profile.

***

### Access and System Integrity

The access model plays a foundational role in maintaining system integrity.

By combining:

* membership-based entry
* non-transferable identity
* and controlled participation

AIONET ensures that:

* all users operate within defined rules
* all actions are attributable and verifiable
* and all system layers remain aligned

This prevents many of the issues commonly found in open systems, such as:

* multi-account exploitation
* access farming
* speculative entry and exit

***

### Separation from Financial Models

The AIONET access model is intentionally separated from financial constructs.

Membership does not represent:

* ownership or equity
* financial entitlement
* or claim on assets or treasury

Instead, it represents access to:

* participation layers
* system mechanisms
* and ecosystem functionality

This distinction is critical.

It ensures that AIONET operates as a coordination system rather than a financial product.

***

### Final Perspective

The Access Model defines how users enter AIONET, but more importantly, it defines the conditions under which they participate.

By anchoring access to identity rather than speculation, AIONET creates a stable foundation where all other layers — Builders, AURA, Vault, and Governance — can operate with clarity and consistency.

It is not simply an entry point.\
It is the mechanism that preserves the integrity of the entire system.
