# Membership NFT Tiers

Introduction

AIONET operates through a tiered membership system that defines how users access and interact with the ecosystem.

Each membership tier provides a different level of participation, influence, and system access. These tiers are not designed as financial instruments, but as structured access layers that reflect a user’s level of commitment and involvement within AIONET.

All tiers operate under the same foundational principles:

* non-transferable ownership
* on-chain identity
* access-based participation

The difference between them lies in depth of access and governance influence.

### Membership Tiers Overview

AIONET currently defines three membership tiers:

NOMAD holders:

While the base governance power is zero, NOMAD members can still accumulate influence over time through participation and progression.

PRO is designed for users who want deeper involvement within the ecosystem.

It expands access to platform features and introduces a higher level of participation across both engagement and governance layers.

PRO holders:

* access expanded platform functionality
* participate more actively in ecosystem mechanisms
* start with a base governance power advantage

This tier represents a transition from basic participation to active contribution.

ROYAL represents the highest level of membership within AIONET.

It provides full access to all ecosystem layers and positions the user as a core participant in both governance and network dynamics.

ROYAL holders:

* access all platform features
* hold the highest base governance power
* participate fully in ecosystem-level mechanisms

In addition, ROYAL introduces a system-level distribution mechanism tied to ecosystem growth.

A portion of each new membership mint is distributed to active ROYAL members.
