# Transaction Issues

zkLogin Transaction Issues After a Few Days

> If you are using **zkLogin with Google/Gmail**, especially on a mobile device, you may occasionally experience an issue where transactions stop working after a few days.

### What happens?

You may try to make a transaction and zkLogin asks you to sign in with Google again.

Even after completing the Google sign-in, the transaction may still not work.

This can happen because your browser has lost or cleared some of the cookies or session information that zkLogin needs. This is more common on mobile browsers.

### How to fix it

The solution is simple:

1. **Log out completely from AIONET.**
2. **Sign in again using zkLogin with your Google account.**
3. After signing in again, retry your transaction.

> **Important:** Simply completing the Google sign-in prompt again may not be enough. You need to **log out of AIONET first and then sign in again** to create a fresh zkLogin session.

### Why is this necessary?

zkLogin relies on temporary browser session information to securely authorize your account.

Browsers can sometimes remove or invalidate this information after several days, particularly on mobile devices or when browser cookies have been cleared.

Logging out and signing back in creates a fresh session and restores the information required for your transactions to work correctly.

### Still having problems?

If transactions still do not work after logging out and signing back in, make sure that:

* Cookies are enabled in your browser.
* You are not using a browser mode that automatically deletes cookies or website data.
* You are signing in with the same Google account connected to your AIONET account.

If the problem continues, contact AIONET support for assistance.
